Valeo unifies brands in South America replacing Spheros with Valeo

Brazil - In March this year, Spheros Climatizacao do Brasil S.A. was renamed Valeo Climatizacao do Brasil, a division of Valeo Thermal Bus Systems; this name change has also resulted in the replacement of the Spheros brand name with that of Valeo for all air conditioning equipment and products produced and sold in Latin America. This change has been made following on from Valeo's acquisition of German company Spheros together with its global subsidiaries in 2016.
