ANFAVEA and FENABRAVE positive about truck production and sales over the next 18 months

Brazil - Brazil's truck market showed definite signs of recovery during the last quarter (July to September), according to data released by ANFAVEA (National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers in Brazil) of Sao Paulo, State of Sao Paulo. According to association, statistics for the three-quarter year from January to September 2017, production totalled 59,044 trucks compared with 46,383 for the same period a year earlier, an increase of 27.3%. In September alone, 7,599 trucks were produced, an increase of 56.8% over 4,846 the same month in 2016.
