Japan/Russia - The government of the Ulyanovsk region, JSC Isuzu RUS of Ulyanovsk, Russia - a majority-owned subsidiary of Isuzu Motors Ltd of Tokyo, Japan with 74% and Sojitz Corporation of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan with 26% - and LLC SimAZ of Moscow at INNOPROM, an international industrial exhibition in Yekaterinburg, signed a letter of intent for the production of small buses and coaches on the Isuzu Elf 9.5 (truck) chassis.
