20% of trailers produced in Spain illegal, Schmitz Cargobull says in legal action threat

"We all have to play by the same rules and compete in the market place on a level playing field. But on a daily basis, there is someone breaching the regulations," said de Mazo. "We have lost sales because we refuse to produce non-compliant vehicles."
