Brazil - Marcopolo Next, a division of the world's largest bus and coach body builder, Marcopolo SA of Caxais do Sul, which works in partnership with startup companies to develop new technologies, says it is focussing on efforts to find biosafety solutions to make public transport safer from viral contamination. Marcopolo Next said this initiative puts Marcopolo alongside transport operators and is seeking ways to help customers move forward with their operations, in addition to protecting society from the Covid-19 pandemic and other biological agents harmful to the health and safety of passengers and drivers.
