AL and IFAD inaugurate new service centre in Bangladesh to support new assembly plant in Dhaka

Chennai/Bangladesh - Last month, Ashok Leyland Ltd of Chennai, India inaugurated a new 3S (sales, service and spares) facility in Dhaka, Bangladesh, belonging to its sole distributor, IFAD Auto Ltd. This 3S facility, which extends to over 138,240 square feet (sq ft), is to cater to the entire range of Ashok Leyland vehicles with 18 fully-equipped service bays which are equipped with a full range of service equipment offered by IFAD and industry service partners such as Bosch and RANE TRW. This facility, in the future, is also to have a Parts Ware House and a modern Service Training Centre.
