Mixing realities to boost delivery

Augmented Reality could represent the next step change in technology used to manage transport construction schemes. Installation of a footbridge as part of the newly completed A21 upgrade between Tonbridge and Pembury in Kent provided engineers and operatives with the first look of a piece of 'wearable technology' to help them visualise future construction sequences.
