Congratulations to Chris Hudson of CIHT North West who has been named winner of the Institution's Photo Competition for his shot of Blackpool Promenade as viewed from the famous tower. The photo includes no less than four different modes of transportation and shows a Victorian built promenade which has been successfully transformed into an inclusive, 21st century streetscape.
