Several CIHT Regions run annual awards ceremonies to recognise and share local best practice including recent events organised by the North West (see story below) and West Midlands committees. CIHT West Midlands' 2017 Dinner & Awards took place at Birmingham's MacDonald Burlington Hotel in April. The Region's new Chair Chris Young of Birmingham City Council welcomed over 220 guests to the event where eight awards and prizes were presented.
