Pandemic sets new diversity challenges

Covid-19 and the shift to new ways of working have both positive and negative implications for the drive to improve equality, diversity and inclusion, a CIHT Partnerships Network webinar heard. The online session on Mainstreaming Diversity & Inclusion - chaired by CIHT's Chief Executive Sue Percy - saw attendees indicate through participation in a series of polls that the sector has a long way to go in advancing this agenda.
