When it came time to attend a recent Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) train-ing workshop, Julie Weaver admits she was initially skeptical. As a former high school science teacher, the business manager of Climb High Tree Service in Lebanon, Pennsylvania - a 17-year TCIA member company - says she gets a bit frustrated with workshops put on by people who are very knowledgeable in their subject matter but fall short on the "teaching" side of things.
