Let's face it; conducting an effective safety meeting can be adifficult task. It can be boring, repetitive and difficult to keep employees interested. So how do we get a safety meeting to be effective? First off, we need to define what it means to be effective and then determine how we measure this. Then we have to create a culture and an environment where safety actually means something, which in many cases is no small task.
