Arborist Training Program Graduates First Class in Georgia

A new arborist training program initiated by TCIA has already attracted more than 700 student applicants.The six-week pilot program launched at the Urban Conservation Institute in Atlanta, Georgia, in late February 2017, and the entire class of 20 participants graduated April 10. The program was developed jointly by TCIA, the Georgia Arborist Association (GAA) and the Greening Youth Foundation (GYF).
