Anatomy of a fall: A little warning, a little whining...

The day of the fall was July 21,2016. I had been to a CPR classa month before with the whole company I was working for - me, the owners and two ground guys learning from me to be climbers.That day, I was out fertilizing with an auger for hours and sitting in a truck for hours prior to my fateful climb. My lower back was sore and I stretched. Same old, same old.It was 2 p.m. I shot the line up with a Big Shot. It was hard to hit. Maybe five tries. My 160-foot rope was nearly all out doubled, so I figured I was attached at the stem at 70 feet. I mean, I know I was. The stem didn't fail, nor the tie-in.
