AkzoNobel upgrades fourth major Chinese factory

A huge automation upgrade at AkzoNobel's Guangzhou plant in China will see it running at full production of exclusively water-based products.Guangzhou is the last of its four decorative paint plants in China to completely switch to water-based products.State-of-the-art technology will increase its water-based paint production capacity from 88 million litres to 140 million litres per year.
