VENATOR: Planning to Make Decor Paper Grade at Greatham

Tronox-8120 has proved to be a popular product for manufacturers of decor paper, but Tronox was obliged to sell this business as a condition for approval of the amalgamation with Cristal by the EU anti-trust authority. Venator agreed to pay Tronox €uros 8 million for this business, of which €uros 1 million was paid upfront, €uros 3.5 million was paid n May 2020, the balance being due in May 2021.
