Mr Peter Huntsman (currently CEO of Huntsman Corp.) was designated as CEO of HuntsmanClariant AG. Mr Hariolf Kottmann (currently CEO of Clariant) was designated Chairman of the new company. Mr Patrick Jany (who has been Chief Financial Officer at Clariant since 2006) was named as Chief Financial Officer in the new company.
