Lomon Billions, the worlds' fourth largest TiO2 pigment producer - created by the absorption of Sichuan Lomon's TiO2 assets into Henan Billions, effective October 2016 - has a total nameplate capacity in excess of 625,000 t.p.a. of TiO2 pigment. It has three sulfate-route plants -240,000 t.p.a. at Mianzhu (Deyang County, Sichuan province); 110,000 t.p.a. at Xiangyang (Hubei province); and 220,000 t.p.a. at Jiaozuo (Henan province). It also has a new chloride-route plant, with a design capacity of 100,000 t.p.a., though the current effective capacity is more like 60,000 t.p.a.
