During the second half of February, the mines began to reopen, one after another. But then, more closures came. Anning Iron & Titanium has suspended mining for at least a month. Xichang Taihe stopped producing on 28 March. Our own mine in Panzhihua will suspend production for at least 15 days. So, the supply of TiO2 feedstock from all these sources has been reduced. Also, TiO2 output has been cut back by at least 25% in Q1 2020.
