I met Dominic for the first time at the EI Shot Peening Workshop this fall where he was given the 2017 Shot Peener of the Year award. You might ask, "How could you give Dominic the award if you had never met him?" The answer is simple: Four of his co-workers nominated Dominic. In fact, the list of his contributions to peen forming on page eight are from his work associates. That impressed The Shot Peener staff and we all agreed that he deserved the award.
