Mylan NV has signed a distribution agreement with As- pen Pharmacare Holdings Ltd. for a portfolio of OTC and prescription products “primarily commercial- ized” in Australia and New Zealand, with the arrangement in- cluding an option for Mylan to acquire the portfolio outright at a later date.
