L ife Rising brand dietary supplements linked to a Chicago- area frm have been found contaminated with lead for the third time in three years. The US Food and Administration also reported that fve lots of Pecgen DMX OTC dextromethorphan and guaifenesin cough syrup marketed in Puerto Rico are being recalled due to a labeling error which stated doses for “children 6 to under 2 years of age” rather than the correct range of 6 to under 12.
