F lorida State Senator Travis Hutson, R-St. Augustine, has emerged as a key industry ally in eforts to stem lo- cal sunscreen bans in the Sunshine State. Sunscreens containing oxybenzone and/or octinoxate are banned in Key West, Fla., beginning in 2021, and Miami Beach is considering an ordinance to do the same.
