Catching The Errors

I hope that readers don't notice the embarrassing mistake in the title of one of my early papers. We can all of us make errors in our publications and many algologists have done so, you would be surprised at how careless or maybe uncaring authors can be and how the mistakes get passed on! I once examined a Thesis where there were different spelling mistakes in each of the species lists (did they get corrected?)!
