Goa warns that 20 iron ore mines may never restart

The Indian state of Goa says it fears that at least 20 iron ore mines may not be able to restart their operations, potentially adding more pressure to current supply shortages in the country in wake of a recent announcement by the neighbouring state of Karnataka that 49 mines have been declared illegal.
