Softer prices expected

With both poor demand and product prices continuing to beset European steel makers, talk of lowering April production is gaining momentum. Reduced output will potentially yield lower scrap demand and therefore softer prices at the start of Q2 following a slight increase or sideway moves, depending on market, across Europe in March.
