The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study hesitant fuzzy ideals, hesitant fuzzy bi-ideals and hesitant fuzzy quasi-ideals of a semiring. We investigate several properties these ideals and obtain some characterizations. Among all the results, we show that hesitant fuzzy ideals satisfies its characteristic function and closed under intersection and Cartesian product. We also obtain some characterizations of regular semiring using hesitant fuzzy ideals (resp. bi-ideals and quasi-ideals).
