BackgroundNatural orifice transluminal endoscopic (NOTES) and single incisional laparoscopic surgeries (SILS) have been gaining importance over the last two decades. Due to improper instrumentation, small workspace and the imperceptibility of body structures, suturing and knot-tying are difficult to perform in both.
