Dear editor, For too long our major decisions have been dictated to us by the 'movers and shakers'. The last few years, probably since the lead-up to the 2008 crash, have certainly left me shaken, though not moved. Everywhere, typified by the Marr/ Neil double act, we are told about the 'latest row'.
