High-precision cold rolled producer China Precision Steel is expecting sales volume to gradually increase as orders for high-carbon steel products are picking up. “Our outlook for the steel industry is improving as key risks are stabilising and automobile sales are gradually rebounding in China due to the strengthening economy driven by rising incomes and increasing consumption,” said CEO Hai Sheng Chen.
