Plate ends up stable in China as hikes fail to hold

Chinese domestic plate prices remained mostly stable, with products from major mills at around Yuan 5070/t (771 dollars /t) and those from smaller mills at around Yuan 5000/t in Shanghai. Respective prices were Yuan 5050/t and Yuan 4980/t about a month ago. In Lecong in south China, plate is offered at Yuan 5250/t, compared with Yuan 5150-5180/t a week ago.
