Japan's third largest steel producer reversed a ?22.7bn net loss from a year earlier to post a ?63.8bn ($630M, ?466M) net profit in the first nine months of the fiscal year. Kobe Steel also reversed a ?16.2bn pre-tax loss to post a ?67.4bn gain in the October-December period and saw its operating profit rise to ?85.5bn from ?6.44bn a year earlier.
