The Indian steel maker is to expand its potential output by 3.7 Mt/y to 18 Mt/y during the next two years. The company will also carry out some backward integration, cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects over the same time frame. The total budget is INR12 bn ($2 bn, ?1.5 bn).
