摘要

Tissue culture is a apical meristem micro propagation technique to produce disease free and true type plantlets within short time. Tissue culture plantlets have multiplication ratio (1:20) having more tillering capacity (Rane 1998). It is almost essential to evolve suitable planting technique in respect of intraand inter-row spacing and fertilizer need for such tissue culture planting material. Fertigation through drip is relatively a new concept in hightech agriculture and needs to be studied to test its economic viability and effectiveness in sugarcane (Shinde, 2001). In view of this, present experiment was planned on suru sugarcane Co 86032, at Padegaon during 1999 - 2000.
