Cliffs predicts stable end markets

After suffering a net profit decline, global miner Cliffs Natural Resources expects its main end markets will remain stable in H2. In China, continued increases in steel production, along with monetary action taken by the government to spur accelerated economic growth, are anticipated to take the country's crude steel production to approximately 730mt this year, it said.
