Turkish flats sources find it difficult to predict the market's next direction in the coming days, with prices either rising or falling within a $10/t band. Latest export offers from mills for end-November shipment place HRC in a narrow range of $560/t to $565/t fob, down from the wider range in early October of $560/t to $580/t fob. CRC offers are at $670-680/t fob, namely $30/t to $40/t lower than offers voiced two weeks ago.
