Punjab to acquire Pegevo

Indian company Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection (Mumbai) has agreed to acquire the Dutch agrochemical formulator,Pegevo Beheer (Oosterhout),from its parent companies,Pevobel (Hoogstraten) and Gevobel (Meerle).The acquisition will take place through Punjab's Dutch subsidiary,SD Agchem,for about euro39.5 million (54 million).
