Mr. Hill... the e-mail began ...I understand that you are a very nice guy and the intent of this correspondence is certainly not to hurt your feelings. I do believe I am a nice guy. I work at being a nice guy. I respect people, I try to be patient and my goal is always to be fair in all of my dealings. Yet I had a feeling this particular e-mail was headed somewhere that I probably didn't want to go, and that feeling was quickly confirmed.
