EU states before ECJ on GMOs

The European Commission has referred II EU member states to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) for failing to comply with EU law on the testing and commercialisation of genetically modified organisms. The countries are Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain.
