Changes at the top of Dow's European PU business

Horgen,Switzerland-Ana Carolina Haracemiv has been appointed as Dow's new head of polyurethanes in the Europe,Middle East,Asia and India region. She replaces Jon Penrice,who becomes president of Dow Asia Pacific. Haracemiv was previously commercial director for polyurethanes,chloralkali & vinyl and industrial solutions in Latin America. She will be responsible for developing the region's business strategy and growth agenda,as well as its implementation. She will also be giving commercial leadership to the business.
