Recaro on board at the Nurburgring

Kaiserslautern, Germany — Recaro said its seats and seat shells featured in a number of cars that took part in the Nurburgring 24-hour race this year. Aside from a number of cars in the Porche 991 class, its seats were used in an Audi TTRS2 car number 89 driven by Daniela Schmid, Ulrich Andreie, Christian Schmitz and Stefan Wieninger in the SP 3T class. Seats were also fitted in the new TCR touring car class in an Audi RS3, number 17 driven by Artur Gorojan, Pierre Humbert and Matthias Wasel. These cars were entered by LMS engineering, which favours the Recaro P1300 CT racing shells.
