Toronto,Ontario-Canadian online mattress brand Endy is to be acquired by Sleep Country Canada for up to CND 89m. Of this,CND 63.7 m will be paid up front,with the remainder due in early 2021 if growth and profitability targets are hit in 2020. Bed-in-a-box specialist Endy was set up in 2015. Sleep Country,meanwhile,has a network of 264 stores and 16 distribution centres across Canada. The two businesses will operate separately.
