Plymouth,Michigan-First-quarter 2019 sales at automotive seat maker Adient will be $4.2bn,level with the same period in 2018,the company said in a statement. Adjusted EBITDA in the first quarter of 2019 will be around $175m,down about 34% on the first quarter of 2018. The company said it expects earnings to improve in the second half of 2019 compared to the first half.
