Talent management in Polish chemical industry companies. The diagnosis of success factors

A diagnosis of factors favoring the identification of talented people, their recruitment as well as the development of the qualifications of talented employees and also the combination of their personal career paths with success of the employing company were statistically evaluated based on 283 opinion polls from 16 Polish chem. companies. Statistic studies confirmed the diagnosis.
