Latin America boosts Dow's Q4

Sales growth for Dow AgroSciences' agrochemical business in the fourth quarter of 2010 was led by its Latin America region, which recorded a 26% rise. The regional growth came from strong sales of products in the rangeland and pasture sector, the introduction of new formulations and a return to more normal weather conditions after drought in Argentina in the same period in 2009, the company points out.
