Development of services market, in particular specialized ones, reflects general level of economy development. It is an important indicator of its adequacy to the modern requirements of a post-industrial society. International trade in services presently represents a worth-ful competitor to a traditional trade in goods in terms of financial value. Significant number of transactions in the services market evidences that the economy of the country is open and characterizes the level of its integrity into the world community.
