Digitalisation is unstoppable. Advances in technology will undoubtedly affect how we work in the future, but it won't be the only factor to affect us. Social, environmental, political and economic changes will also impact our world. In this issue, we share details about the CQI's new report The Future of Work (quality.org/reports), which explores how these factors will shape the future workplace, and how we can prepare ourselves for these changes. It is hoped The Future of Work will provide food for thought and lead to some debate. Do you agree with the findings?
