It's 2020 - the start of a new decade, and the month that the CQI launches an exciting new strategy to help prepare members, and the organisation itself, for the challenges of the future. The strategy defines how the CQI will lead the development of our quality management discipline and support the development of a quality profession fit for the digital era of the 21st century, says Ian Mitchell, Chair of the CQI Board of Trustees.
