A renewed focus on service delivery

ACA has grown tremendously in recent years. Elsewhere in this edition we have reported that membership is well on the way to in excess of 1700. New education and certification programs are being introduced. The number of training programs including those provided on an in-house basis is at an all-time high. The frequency of technical group meetings is increasing and Branch level activity is impressive. New seminar programs are under development for the Darwin region and Queensland.
