2010 ACA member survey

The ACA member survey was conducted during August 2010 and the results were reported to its Operations Board in early September 2010. Information relevant to Branch operations has been distributed and a round of ongoing consultations with Branches is expected to commence in early October 2010. The strong response has ensured the validity of the survey findings. What appears below is a preliminary presentation of information obtained from the processes used to conduct the survey. Importantly, a range of statistical findings are reported.
